Objectives
The aim of the course is to develop basic competence in the application of labour and civil service law regulation.
Students - identify and present the main features of employment relations regulation - apply labour and civil service law standards in practice and justify their decisions - take ethics, responsibility and professional cooperation into account in their activities.

The establishment and termination of an employment relationship.

Students identify key principles and general doctrines of working life regulation and apply what they have learned in practical situations. Students identify problems in employment and civil service law, acquire knowledge from different sources of law, and solve issues related to the field of law. The student describes the importance of taking ethics and responsibility into account in their work. He participates in group work and reporting.
Assessment criteria, good (3-4)
The student recognizes and understands the key principles and general doctrines of working life regulation and is able to critically evaluate them. The student will structure the employment and civil service law case into relevant sub-questions, argue for their resolution in the light of the key legal rules of the field of law, and present a reasoned solution. Students act ethically and responsibly in their work. The student is active as a member of the group and reports their work well.

Students critically analyze and evaluate key principles and general doctrines of working life regulation. Students identify problems in employment and civil service law, acquire and analyze information from various sources of law, and solve issues related to the field of law analytically, critically, and diversely. The student promotes the implementation of ethics and responsibility at both individual and group level. The student is highly motivated and takes a committed responsibility for their own and the group's performance and reporting.
