Objectives (course unit)

A student
- knows how to work in the restaurant's operating environment, taking into account the alcohol-serving legistlation
- identifies the groups of alcoholic beverages and their most important products, connecting those to the requirements of the alcohol legislation
-understands the importance of beverage products in the company's operating environment and from the perspectives of customer service and profitability
-can get a certificate showing knowledge of the alcohol law (Alcohol serving license) after proving his knowledge in an exam

The student can use their alcohol product knowledge in customer service and handle sales situations. The student knows the legislation and knows mostly flawlessly how to apply the serving legislation in various restaurant serving cases.
