Objectives (course unit)
Objectives: During the course students will learn process management models and become familiar with the main fields of quality management.
After completing the course students
- understand the role of main and support processes
- understand the meaning of quality management and quality assurance in organisational management
- know the basics of the ISO 9001 quality standard
- understand the basics of how to apply EFQM in organisational management
