Objectives
The Student:
• understands the Job Description of a Supervisor in the Social and Health Care Sector
• is able to reflect on their Own Competencies
• to act as a Supervisor, Leading Employees, Organizing Work, and Managing Customer Work
Content
A Total of 39 Digital Learning Contents:
• on the Topics of Personnel Management,
• Self-Management,
• Coaching Leadership,
• Community Management
• Self-monitoring of Elderly Work
• Customer Orientation Management.
These are suitable for all students, depending on the field, although the focus is on social and health care.
• Each section takes about 15-30 minutes to complete.
A written assessment is given for each section at the end of the section.
Assessment criteria, pass/fail
ADMITTED:
• The Student completes all 39 sections and provides written constructive feedback and assessment for each (=5 credits).
FAIL:
•The Student does not complete all sections and does not provide written constructive feedback and assessment of the learning content to the system.
