The student:
-knows the professional capacities needed in different forest engineer positions in working life organizations
-is capable of analyzing his own professional growth as a forest engineer and can plan a study path supporting his goals (practical training, final thesis, free choice studies, specialization studies)
-knows the essential collective work agreements in forestry sector
-makes progress in his/her working life skills, especially time management and problem solving skills

Competence and job description of a forest engineer, own competence of the student, applying for training places, training seminars, problem-solving skills, time management, work management planning and its utilization, eg in final thesis work , collective agreements and visit of a Meto representative, maintenance of personal studu plan and especially planning of free choice
