Monitieteinen lähestymistapa uneen ja palautumiseen -opintojaksolla perehdytään siihen, miksi uni on meille tärkeää. Opintojakson avulla ymmärrät unen merkityksen hyvinvoinnille ja opiskelu- sekä työkyvylle. Opintojaksolla hyödynnetään erilaisia itsenäisen opiskelun menetelmiä, jotka edistävät opiskeltavien asioiden oppimista.

Teaching methods
The Multidisciplinary Approach to Sleep and Recovery course explores why sleep and recovery are important to us. It will help you understand the different stages of sleep and the importance of sleep and recovery for well-being, study and work. The course will also look at what you can do to promote your own sleep and recovery. The course uses different methods of independent study, which promote learning of the subjects to be studied.

Student workload
The scope of the course is 2 credits. This means that you will need to allocate approximately 54 hours (2 x 27 hours). The course requires the study of teaching materials (e.g. videos, articles, etc.), their reading and the completion of learning tasks (e.g. tests, reflection exercises, etc.).
Further information
The course is assessed on a pass-fail scale. An approved result requires that the student has completed all the learning tasks in the online environment.
