Objectives (course unit)

The student is able to standardize different aspects of tourism service and can explain the importance of quality development in business. Student isable to analyze business information and use it to build a development plan for a case company. Students is able to apply one or more strategic management frameworks in practice. The student is able to create key performance indicators for the case project and and operating model for the case company.

Teaching methods

Online teaching. Lectures, independent and working in groups. Study materials are in the Moodle.
