Objectives (course unit)

- The student is able to name the sources of stress in athlete's daily life and knows the methods that can be used to evaluate the stress and recovery - The student knows the importance of restorative sleep for performance capacity and injury risks - The student is able to explain the importance of nutrition in the recovery from exercise and is able to list the characteristics of restorative nutrition
