Please notice that this topic is an introduction to the basics of event lighting design and the purpose is to give an idea of what steps are typically involved in the design process, what kinds of things are paid attention to and what kind of expertise is typically needed. The subject is discussed at a general level, which does not provide skills to work as a lighting technician or lighting designer in practice.
