Objectives (course unit)
This course consists of various aspects of the music industry, including the basics of music copyright, related rights, agreements, the structure of the industry, and the basics of event production.
The student is able to:
Understand the history of the music business.
Identify music copyrights and related rights.
Do a simple record agreement.
Understand the consumer aspect of music.
Understand the basics of events.
A critical presentation about related subjects.
Develop a basic understanding of the industry's structure, the history of the music business and the importance of networks in the field.
Content (course unit)
Various aspects of the music industry, including the basics of music copyright, related rights, agreements, the structure of the industry, and the basics of event production. Skills to discuss the music business and music events using the correct terms are incorporated. Future trends and developments within the music industry are introduced. Teamwork skills and effective collaboration in an international group are introduced.

The student shows interest in the structure of the music industry, media and consumer needs. The student demonstrates a good ability to interact in discussions related to the field and is good at giving and receiving feedback. The student actively participates in the assigned work and reporting.

The student demonstrates a good ability to interact in discussions related to the field and is good at giving and receiving feedback. The student works actively as a valuable member of the group and presents his work in a well-structured manner.
