Objectives (course unit)
This course deals with change management, crisis management and leadership complexity, as well as identifying one's own strengths and development needs.
After completing the course student
• is able to act as change leader in demanding expert tasks
• is able to lead and solve crises and changes in the work community
• is able to identify the complexity of leadership extensively
• is able to identify her/his own strengths and development needs

• cannot use acquired information in the critical evaluation and development of current practices
• cannot evaluate their own motives, leadership skills, and areas for development in management
