Objectives (course unit)
The course is designed for students who want to improve their optimal performance. During the course, you will become familiar with the factors that affect optimal performance. Through the course, the student understands the factors affecting optimal performance and is able to develop them in themselves and in their team through various means.

Pass:
The student can apply the task-specific reflections and create an action plan (game book) based on them.
The student can apply the methods they have learned to develop their own and the team's optimal performance.
Fail:
The student has not participated in online meetings.
The student has not completed the output of the course (game book).
Assessment methods and criteria
- Attendance at online meetings required (maximum 1 absence allowed).
- The student demonstrates his/her competence in task-specific reflections and action plans.
- The student compiles a playbook of what he/she has learned, and this allows him/her to develop their own and the team's optimal performance.
- The course will be assessed on the scale of Pass/Fail In order to obtain a Pass grade, the student must be active during the course and perform the required tasks.

An online course
During the course, a playbook of your own and team's optimal performance is implemented.
The course includes online interactive studies, independent study and various exercises.
