- are able to encourage, motivate, and commit staff to operate according to the objectives of the work community

HOW can I grow and develop into a good superior?
WHY do I have to understand dissimilarity?
HOW is it possible to develop interaction skills?
HOW can I promote staff wellbeing in the work community?

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2) (course unit)

The student recognizes the superior´s and employee´s responsibilities in the work community. The student tries to lead him/herself and the others.
The student knows how to inspire, to motivate and make staff commit themselves to operate according to the objectives of the work community.
The student recognize some factors that affect interaction.

The student understands the superior´s and employee´s responsibilities in the work community.
The student is able to lead him/herself and the others.
Using interaction, the student can inspire, motivate and make staff commit themselves to operate according to the objectives of the work community.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5) (course unit)

The student understands widely the superior´s and employee´s responsibilities in the work community.
The student can lead him/herself and the others.
The student is able to inspire, to motivate and make staff commit themselves to operate according to the objectives of the work community.
The student develops his/hers own social skills and interaction of the group.

Assessment criteria, pass/fail (course unit)

The student doesn´t recognize the superior´s and employee´s responsibilities in the work community. The student is the member of the group, but isn´t able to lead him/herself or the others.
The student doesn´t know how to inspire, motivate and make staff commit themselves to operate according to the objectives of the work community.
The student recognizes weakly the factors that affect interaction.
