The student
- knows and is able to describe the basic concepts of the entirety of leadership and management
- knows the central interdisciplinary skills and their significance in work socierty.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5) (course unit)

The student
- is able to analyse and apply the basic concepts of the entirety of leadership and management
- is able to analyse the central interdisciplinary skills and the meaning of responsible actions and consequences at work.

Teaching methods

Orientaatioltapaaminen elokuussa 31.8.2022 11.00-11.45. Läsnäolovelvoite.
Kurssi kokonaan on verkkokurssi muuten.
Kurssi pitää sisällään orientaatiotehtävän, joka tehdään yksin orientaatiotapaamiseen mennessä, viimeistään kuitenkin 4.9.2022 . Kurssiin liittyyy myös toinen yksilötehtävä ( tehtävä 2)
Lisäksi kurssilla on kaksi tiimitehtävää ( tehtävät 3 ja 4) , jotka tehdään 3-4 hengen tiimeissä tiimeissä. Tiimit varmistetaan orientaatiotunnilla.

Toteutussuunnitelma ja täsmällinen toteutus tuni.moodlessa avataan viikolla 34 (torstaina 1.9.2022) jolloin kurssiin liittyvä orientaatiotehtävä tulee näkyviin.
