The student recognizes the possibilities of team learning and is able to learn in a team.
The student knows how to act in different kinds of dialogue situations in a productive way.
The student is able to produce new knowledge in a team for current needs.
The student is able to judge strengths and weaknesses of different business models.
The student is able to use different tools to build business models in a versatile way.

How do we learn in teams?
What are the different kinds of business models and what possibilities/opportunities they have?
What kind of tools there are and how tools are used when developing business models?

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2) (course unit)
The student knows the principles of team learning and dialogue in theory. He/she understands how new knowledge is being produced together. He knows different kinds of business models and related tools and knows some of their strengths and weaknesses.
Assessment criteria, good (3-4) (course unit)
The student knows the principles of team learning and dialogue and has tried them out in real life. He has experienced how new knowledge is produced together and he is able to evaluate his own development. He knows possibilities of different business models and is able to use some related tools.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5) (course unit)
The student shows his competence in team learning and dialogue in practice and in theory. As an active participant, he builds new knowledge in his team. He is able to put business models in practice and knows how to use tools to develop them. He is able to evaluate his skills realistically.
Assessment criteria, pass/fail (course unit)
Failed, if
The student knows the basics of team learning and dialogue only cursorily. He is not committed to the rules of his team and does not participate in knowledge creation. He knows some business models but none of their characteristics. His ability to use related tools is minimal.
