Objectives (course unit)
The student recognizes the possibilities of team learning and is able to learn in a team.
The student knows how to act in different kinds of dialogue situations in a productive way.
The student is able to produce new knowledge in a team for current needs.
The student is able to judge strengths and weaknesses of different business models.
The student is able to use different tools to build business models in a versatile way.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2) (course unit)
The student knows the principles of team learning and dialogue in theory. He/she understands how new knowledge is being produced together. He knows different kinds of business models and related tools and knows some of their strengths and weaknesses.
Assessment criteria, good (3-4) (course unit)
The student knows the principles of team learning and dialogue and has tried them out in real life. He has experienced how new knowledge is produced together and he is able to evaluate his own development. He knows possibilities of different business models and is able to use some related tools.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5) (course unit)
The student shows his competence in team learning and dialogue in practice and in theory. As an active participant, he builds new knowledge in his team. He is able to put business models in practice and knows how to use tools to develop them. He is able to evaluate his skills realistically.
Assessment criteria, pass/fail (course unit)
Failed, if
The student knows the basics of team learning and dialogue only cursorily. He is not committed to the rules of his team and does not participate in knowledge creation. He knows some business models but none of their characteristics. His ability to use related tools is minimal.

Kurssista ei ole tenttiä. Soluesseetä on mahdollista tarvittaessa täydentää.
Assessment methods and criteria
Arviointi koostuu kolmesta osasta: läsnäolo ja aktiivisuus, soluessee ja oppimispäiväkirja.

Teaching methods
Opetus toteutetaan lähi- ja etäopetuksena. Menetelmät vaihtelevat tiimioppimisen, pienryhmätyöskentelyn ja etätyökalujen hyödyntämisestä itseopiskeluun (kirjat ja ennakkomateriaalit).
Learning materials
Kurssiin sisältyy kahden kirjan lukeminen sekä ennakkomateriaaleihin tutustuminen. Suositellut kirjat ilmoitetaan kurssin alussa ja ennakkomateriaalit ennen kutakin lähikertaa.
Student workload
Kokonaisuuden laajuus on 8 opintopistettä. Lähipäivien lisäksi kurssiin kuuluu itsenäistä työskentelyä (kirjallisuus, ennakkomateriaalit, oppimispäiväkirjan täyttäminen ja soluesseen kirjoittaminen).

Opiskelija ei osallistu lähikerroille, soluesseen kirjoittamiseen eikä palauta oppimispäiväkirjaansa.

Opiskelija on poissa useita kertoja, ei valmistaudu lähipäiviin, soluesseen kirjoittamiseen osallistuminen on heikkoa ja oppimispäiväkirja on vaillinainen.

Opiskelija on mukana lähipäivissä ja osallistuu niihin, myös valmistautuminen näkyy tekemisessä. Oppimispäiväkirja on kattava, ja osallistuminen soluesseen kirjoittamiseen on hyvällä tasolla.

Opiskelija on mukana lähikerroilla. Panostus soluesseeseen on merkittävä. Oppimispäiväkirja on syvällinen otos opiskelijan ajattelusta.
