Objectives (course unit)
Opiskelija osaa
- selvittää energiamarkkinoiden muutostarpeita ja kuvailla niiden aiheuttamia muutoksia alalle
- osaa hakea ja soveltaa laajasti voimassa olevia rakentamiseen liittyvät energiamääräyksiä ja säädöksiä sekä tehdä niiden kehittyessä niihin ehdotuksia ja lausuntoja
- ennakkoluulottomasti etsiä energiankäytön tehostamismenetelmiä kiinteistöissä ja arvioida analyyttisesti niiden kannattavuutta

Energiajärjestelmän muutos, energian tuotanto ja siirtojärjestelmien kehittyminen Suomen ja EU:n alueella
Säädökset ja direktiivit (nykyiset ja tulevat EU 2020-2050)
Uusiutuvat energiat ja muut kehittyvät energialähteet, esim. lämpöpumput ja hybridijärjestelmät
Energiatehokkuus: Energian säästömahdollisuudet rakenteellisilla ja taloteknisillä menetelmillä ja kannattavuuden laskeminen
