Objectives (course unit)
The students are able to use the basic concepts pf information and knowledge management.
The students know the importance of knowledge the development and management of the organisations in the field of wellbeing.
The students know the background factors of knowledge management and its main models and methods.
The students are able to apply knowledge management and learning models and theories in practical situations.

Key concepts of Information and knowledge management.
Information and knowledge, models and methods, as well as their practical application in orgainsations in the wellbeing sector.

Practical training and working life cooperation
Opiskelijat tekevät osaamisen johtamisen esseen omasta työyhteisöstään. Lisäksi ryhmätentissä käsitellään opiskelijoiden itsensä ehdottamia työelämälähtöisiä caseja.
