Objectives (course unit)
The course provides overview and tools to successfully run a business driven student project. There are two implementations available: one for all students and another as an introduction to TCA students (TAMK Consulting Academy).
After completing the course, the students will be able to:
Adopt the role of business projects.
Evaluate feasible projects.
Plan and implement a project independently and as member of a team.

What is the crucial role of human capital?
How to transform ideas into innovations?
What are basics of managing projects in practice?
Exam schedules
No separate exam. Group works, learning diary "Handbook for consulting projects" and participation into contact lessons will be evaluated.
Teaching methods
Introduction to past TCA projects. Working in small groups, going through theories behind consultation projects. Collecting own "Handbook for consultation projects".
