Objectives (course unit)
Goal of the course: The course gives the students the tools needed to manage teams, solve conflicts as well as in management, commitment, increasing trust, empowering team members and creating synergy to reach an organisation's goals.
Content (course unit)
Contents: Team building, team dynamics, developing team skills, solving conflicts and problems, building commitment and trust, managing relationships, creating team culture, empowerement, support and reaching goals.
Teaching methods: virtual PBL.
