Team Leadership (3cr)

Objectives

Goal of the course: The course gives the students the tools needed to manage teams, solve conflicts as well as in management, commitment, increasing trust, empowering team members and creating synergy to reach an organisation's goals.

Content

Contents: Team building, team dynamics, developing team skills, solving conflicts and problems, building commitment and trust, managing relationships, creating team culture, empowerement, support and reaching goals.
Teaching methods: virtual PBL.

Prerequisites: no prerequisites.

Evaluation methods will be presented at the beginning of the course.
Literature: in the PBL practice, the students search for information in the high-quality literature available.
