Objectives

After completing the course, the student is able to: · educate the staff in the work community by utilizing her/his advanced competence · coordninate work of the teams in charge of the patient’s care · apply a theory of a learning organisation in development of the staff competence · evaluate the staff’s competence from the perspective of the strategy · plan, carry out and evaluate develpoment of the staff’s competence · support the staff to continuous development of caring patients with non-communicable diseases · lead the change process in the work community and to consolidate the change
