Objectives

In this course, students will acquire the knowledge and skills needed to lead a team. The course introduces leadership models suitable for team leadership and applies them to practical leadership situations.

After completing the course, the student will be able to:
• understand leadership models applicable to team leadership in theory
• recognize their own personality in leadership, including strengths and weaknesses
• act with systemic intelligence in various situations
• take on leadership roles
• develop their own leadership competence and report on their development
