Students
-are aware of the episodes of the crisis and the process of coping
-are aware of the process of radiotherapy from the patient’s point of view
-know the most common side-effects of radiotherapy, how to prevent and treat them
-know the principles of pain management
-know the follow-up of cancer patients and methods of comprehensive rehabilitation
-know how to meet seriously ill and dying patients and their relatives
-are aware of the nutrition of cancer patients
-know the Finnish Social Security System related to cancer patients

-adequate knowledge of Radiotherapy Equipment and Radiation Protection in Radiotherapy
