Objectives

The course deals with the key regulations of labour legislation, risk factors and prevention of well-being, and the development of organizational well-being.

After completing the course student
• is able to apply the key provisions of labour legislation in complex human resource management situations
• is able to identify and intervene in the risk factors and prevention of well-being in the work community and act as an expert in development of well-being at work
• is able to lead and develop the well-being of the organization

• Labour Law, Jurisprudence
• Fair and Ethical Management

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)

Student
• is able to search for information related to the topic and use national and international sources
• is able to apply the information gathered at a descriptive level in reviewing current practices and procedures

Assessment criteria, good (3-4)

Student
• is able to seek evidence-based knowledge from both national and international sources and is able evaluate the sources critically
• is able to use the acquired knowledge in critical evaluation and development of current practices

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Student
• is able to retrieve evidence-based information from a variety of national and international information sources, critically evaluate studies and synthesize the information gathered
• is able to evaluate current practices critically and is able to create new evidence-based practices
