Objectives

This course deals with quality, effectiveness and productivity, focusing on the management and development of service chains and processes, as well as service procurement and competitive tendering.

After completing the course student
• is able to acquire, apply and use critical information to develop the quality, productivity and effectiveness of service
• is able to manage and develop service chains and processes from the perspective of sustainable development
• will be able to apply the key principles of procurement and tendering legislation
