Objectives

This course focuses on developing safe and customer-oriented well-being services and familiarizes students with change seeking and complaint processes.

Student
• is able to develop and renew integrated social and healthcare services in a customer-oriented manner in accordance with legislation
• will be able to act as an expert in safety risks and their prevention in social and healthcare organizations and develop their operations extensively
• is able to manage and develop the safety of the organization

• Laws and Regulations guiding operations from the EU level to the regional level
• Customer Relationship Management
• Safety
• Appeal and appeal processes

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)

Student
• is able to search for information related to the topic and use national and international sources
• is able to apply the information gathered at a descriptive level in reviewing current practices and procedures

Assessment criteria, good (3-4)

Student
• is able to seek evidence-based knowledge from both national and international sources and is able to evaluate the sources critically
• is able to use the acquired knowledge in critical evaluation and development of current practices

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Student
• is able to retrieve evidence-based information from a variety of national and international information sources, critically evaluate studies and synthesize the information gathered
• is able to evaluate current practices critically and is able to create new evidence-based practices
