The student
-- is able to act as an expert in safety risks and their prevention in organizations of health care and social services and to develop activities in the organizations on a large scale

- is able to seek evidence-based knowledge from both national and international sources, and is able evaluate the sources critically
- is able to use the acquired knowledge in critical evaluation and development of current practices

The student
- is able to retrieve evidence-based information from a variety of national and international information sources, critically evaluate studies and synthesize the information gathered
- is able to evaluate current practices critically and is able to create new evidence-based practices
