The student can:

• knows how to create a connection between the automation system and the user interface using a standard integration method
• understand the basics of usability and know how to apply them in the design of user interfaces.

Content

In the course, you will get to know the implementation of the user interface of the automation system with the help of two control room products. When integrating the user interface into the system, both manufacturer-specific and standard methods are used. The focus is on user interface implementation techniques, integration methods and usability.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)

The student understands the importance of the user interface in the automation system and understands how they are implemented. Can implement a simple user interface under the teacher's guidance.

Assessment criteria, good (3-4)

In addition to the previous ones, the student can implement a simple user interface independently.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

In addition to the above, the student can independently create a comprehensive user interface and connect it to the system.
