Objectives

This course provides essential tools to acquire, internalize, and apply social legal regulations within the context of social work.

Upon completing the course, the student will:
• Understand the central content of social law and social security
• Grasp the role and functions of these fields within the legal system
• Comprehend the fundamentals of legal reasoning
• Independently interpret and apply norms related to social welfare and social security
