Maintenance of buildings, their outdoor areas and building technology, cleaning and waste management. Planning and measuring of real estate management. Building maintenance manual: Formulating, contents and operating. Constructional safety, safety systems, evaluating the safety of real estate.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)

The student is able to name the tasks belonging to the property management of a conventional property and knows how to plan them. He identifies the most important issues that affect the security of a property.

The student knows the tasks involved in property management in a conventional property and is able to plan them. He knows the main things that affect the safety of the property and knows how to take care of them.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student masters the tasks of conventional property management, is able to plan them and dimension the necessary resources in them. He knows the key issues that affect the security of a property and is able to develop the security of a property.
