The student

- knows how to plan and prepare a project proposal and project plan including project purpose, goals and scope, benefits, organization, partitioning, scheduling, resources, costs, communication, reporting, and risk management.
- masters the basics of a project management software for planning and monitoring
Content
The aim of the course is to develop expertise in the different phases of project management: definition, planning, implementation and closing of the project.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)
The student is able to identify the main principles, basic concepts, and tools of project activity. The student's project plan is incomplete. Various sections have not been done theoretically right. The student is only somewhat motivated, takes responsibility for his / her own performance and gives and receives feedback
Assessment criteria, good (3-4)
The student is familiar with the main principles, basic concepts, and tools of project activity, and is able to justify and apply his / her learning. The student's project plan is complete and theoretically correct. The student is clearly motivated, takes responsibility for his / her own performance and is able to constructively give and receive feedback
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
The student knows and understands broadly the main principles, basic concepts and tools of project activity. The student is able not only to justify and apply his / her learning, but also to critically evaluate his / her own solutions. The student's project plan is complete and theoretically correct, and it takes different stakeholders into account. The student is highly motivated, committed to taking responsibility for his / her own performance and is able to systematically use feedback as a tool for professional growth.
