The student knows the basics of labor law and is able to act in accordance with it in the practical situations. They can choose the most appropriate approach to labor law and regula-tions.

The student understands the whole set of labor legislation and the responsibilities and obli-gations of the supervisor, is able to work responsibly in a workplace and is able to apply the issues they have learned in HR and supervisory work in practice.
