The aim is to provide basic skills for self-development, teamwork, and enhancing team performance. Additionally, the aim is to introduce various competence areas within the ICT industry.

Upon completion of the study module, the student is able to:
• understand the fundamental principles of teamwork and be able to operate accordingly
• recognize themselves as team members
• be capable of reflecting and developing themselves as team members
• develop important skills for team members such as self-direction, problem-solving skills, communication skills, stress management, and self-awareness
• distinguish between different competence areas within the ICT field
