Objectives

The student recognizes an ergonomic working posture and actively uses methods of body care to promote well-being at work. The student has knowledge of the fundamentals of mental preparation and can apply them in practical work situations, including performance.

Content

• Good breathing technique
• Relaxation of the body in different positions and movements
• Ergonomic playing and/or singing postures
• Muscle balance exercises
• Analysis of working posture
• Well-being of hearing
• Self-awareness
• Mental exercises
• Methods for mental preparation

Assessment criteria, pass/fail

Throughout the course, the student receives feedback on their performance and also reflects on their own learning. Successful completion requires the student’s participation in classes and timely completion of required assignments.
