After completing the course, the student is able to
• utilize their musical skills and strengths as well as various teaching and practice methods in their pedagogical activities.
• identify the musical wishes and goals of an individual or a group, and select appropriate practice material for them.
• plan and implement goal-oriented teaching or training sessions.
• act in accordance with the ethical principles of teaching.
• make concrete observations about the skills and learning of an individual or a group.
• provide positive and learning-promoting feedback.

Content

During the course, we will seek to answer the following questions:
• How do I utilize my musical skills and strengths as well as various teaching and practice methods in my pedagogical activities?
• How do I identify and take into account the musical wishes and goals of an individual or a group?
• How do I plan and implement goal-oriented teaching or practice sessions?
• How do I apply the ethical principles of teaching in my pedagogical activities?
• How do I identify the skills and learning of an individual or a group?
• How do I provide positive and learning-promoting feedback?

Assessment criteria, pass/fail

Completing the course successfully requires demonstrating competence in accordance with the competence objectives using the agreed implementation methods.
