Objectives

The objective of the study module is to develop the student's ability to work in various writing groups, recognize episode-specific structures in serialized works, and give, receive, as well as utilize constructive feedback in collaborative writing.

After completing the course, the student
- can differentiate between various forms of group writing and the hierarchies within them
- understands the stages of writing for series productions.
- can work in different writing groups.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)

The student has limited knowledge of various forms and hierarchies of collaborative writing and the stages of serialised storytelling. Group work is situational, and conceptualisation is partly imitative and limited. The student identifies the structures of episodes in serialized works, but only superficially. Giving and receiving feedback in group work is partially lacking. They actively work on improving their approach and interaction in collaborative writing.

Assessment criteria, good (3-4)

The student has extensive knowledge of various forms and hierarchies of collaborative writing and the stages of serialised storytelling. They can work effectively in different writing groups and conceptualise a serialised content in an organized manner. The student recognises the structures of episodes in serialised works and can give, receive, and utilize constructive feedback in group collaboration. They actively improve their approach and interaction in collaborative writing.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student can deeply analyse various forms and hierarchies of collaborative writing and comprehensively master the stages of serialised storytelling. They are versatile in working with different writing groups and can creatively conceptualise serialised content. The student identifies and develops various ways to build tension. Giving and receiving feedback in group work is highly professional, and the student actively and insightfully develops serialised content based on received feedback. They actively improve their approach and interaction in collaborative writing.
