Content

Key principles of ESG (environmental, social and governance).

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)

Understands the basic concepts of key environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors. Has a rudimentary grasp of how ESG can be a competitive advantage for an organization. Familiar with the fundamental principles of the ESG framework and knows some of the most common ESG guiding standards. Participates in independent and group work, showing basic competency.

Assessment criteria, good (3-4)

Demonstrates a clear understanding of the key environmental, social, and governance factors. Recognizes and can articulate how ESG can become a competitive advantage for organizations. Understands the principles of the ESG framework in depth and is knowledgeable about the most common ESG guiding standards. Actively engages in and contributes effectively to both independent and group work.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Exhibits comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of environmental, social, and governance factors. Expertly understands and can argue how ESG can be a significant competitive advantage for organizations. Has an advanced understanding of the ESG framework principles and is familiar with a wide range of ESG guiding standards. Leads and excels in both independent and group work, showing exceptional analytical skills and innovative thinking in applying ESG principles.
