Objectives (course unit)
Upon completion of this module, the participant will:
- Understand the meaning of permanent, future-oriented career guidance as part of the school system and teaching work.
- Understand how future-oriented, lifelong career guidance increases student engagement through encounters and a holistic approach and learn about different dialogic methods to achieve this.
- Recognize the role of all teachers in this process and have some ideas on how to implement career guidance in her school.
