Objectives (course unit)

After completing the course, the student will
- understand and be able to apply the concept of coaching in education.
- know the basics of team dynamics as well as product development for educational purposes.
- be able to use different tools to set goals and to create a shared vision.
- be able to coach individuals and multidisciplinary teams in different learning situations, including innovation events.
- be familiarized with the basic theories around teams and learning.

- Positive psychology in supporting personal development
- Product/service development process for educational purpose
- Facilitation of learning sessions

- The G.R.O.W. model in individual coaching
