Objectives (course unit)

Upon completing the course the student will be able to * become familiar with the dimensions of managerial behavior and is able to improve him/herself as a supervisor and manager. * understands different characteristics of organizational behavior and how a supervisor’s personal conduct affects the work community, its teams and individuals. * develop different work communities and to create a supportive work atmosphere. * utilize supervisor and management communication to build a good company culture.

* Different approaches to managerial work * Recognizing personal strengths and utilizing them in management work * Managerial work in different work contexts * Developing operational culture as part of managerial work * Good working environment as basis for success
