Objectives (course unit)
After completing the course student will be able to plan measures related to the maintenance and development of ecommerce and be able to utilize the tools provided by the systems to maintain and develop ecommerce. The student will be able to understand the basics of profitable business and be able to apply its principles in decision making
Content (course unit)
- Ecommerce platforms and payment traffic - Logistics and ERP - Designing and implementing content and customer benefits - Ecommerce visibility and new customer acquisition - Planning and monitoring business profitability - sustainability in ecommerce

Location and time
Online lectures on Mondays from August 25 to October 13, 2025, from 14:00 to 16:00. Participation instructions will be available in the OMA workspace before the course begins.

The assessment of the course consists primarily of the points earned from group and individual assignments. The teachers will present the scoring criteria in connection with the assignment instructions. Grading scale and corresponding grades: • Below 50 points: Fail • 50 - 59 points: 1 • 60 - 69 points: 2 • 70 - 79 points: 3 • 80 - 89 points: 4 • 90 - 100 points: 5
