Objectives (course unit)

The student understands the role of strategic management as a competitive factor in an organisation. The student knows the tools of strategic management and is able to use them in daily work. The student can work according to strategic goals and use them in order to develop his own organisation.

The course is based on course assignments. Therefore, retake of assignments is not possible in this course.

The overall grade for the course is determined as follows: 0-49 points = Fail/0 50-59 = 1 60-69 = 2 70-79 = 3 80-89 = 4 90-100 = 5
