Objectives (course unit)
A student who has completed this course or acquired similar skills: - Understands the importance of the company's strategic choices in business planning - Can develop an idea into a business using the most common tools of design thinking. - Understands the importance of the Balanced Score Card tool in implementing the strategy.

Prerequisites (course unit)
Key competence: Entrepreneurship and business course or similar skills. Suitable for combining with other entrepreneurship studies, but also suitable for anyone interested in entrepreneurship, regardless of the studies.

The implementation consists of three modules, one of which contains an exam and two modules a wider written reflection assignment.
