Objectives (course unit)

With the help of service design tools we can better consider customers' viewpoint. During the service design and branding course you become concretely acquianted with the holistic service design process by redesigning a service or product which you can choose by yourself.

It is possible to complete the Service Design and Branding -implementation entirely virtually, but in May you will be offered the opportunity to attend a start-up online session: Start-up orientation session: 19.5. 2025 at 16.00 - 17.00
