Objectives (course unit)

In this MOOC course, you will become familiar with effectiveness, cost, and quality awareness as part customer and service management work. After completing the course, you have internalized; - Starting points for quality and advocacy work - Significance of cost effects in customer and service management work After your studies, you will be able to take advantage; - Quality tools in the development of customer work and use the ones presented in the section effectiveness tools in their own work.

Content (course unit)

This two - credit (2 cr) MOOC course learning environment is structured around three subject areas, which include self - study materials and related assignments. The course is completed by a multiple-choice exam, the passing of which is a prerequisite for obtaining the grades. All the study materials of this course are available for you to study and you can get acquainted with the given materials and do the assignments freely.
