Objectives (course unit)
The student understands the basic functions and concepts and processes of a tourism company. After taking the course, the student understands the importance of tourism business in society. In addition, the student can describe the basic functions of a tourism company and understand the basics of a profitable tourism business.

The central content of the course includes e.g. - the importance of business in society - external and internal entrepreneurship - operating concept and business idea - the basic business model and processes - stakeholders and networking - business forms - marketing and customer-oriented approach
