Objectives of the course: You recognize what kind of behavior is professional and what is unprofessional. You understand the importance of professional roles in the work community. You understand what professional interaction and argumentative discussion are. You understand the importance of professional emotional skills in the work community. Contents: - What is professional behavior - Professional roles - Professional interaction and communication style - Professional emotional skills Method of execution: The course is implemented as an online study.
