Objectives (course unit)
In this course, students will explore key phenomena in electrical engineering, gain hands-on experience with basic electronic circuits, and examine the operation of intelligent systems. The course also introduces essential measuring instruments and analyzers used in electronics and system diagnostics.

This course introduces students to key phenomena in electrical engineering, basic electronic circuits, and the operation of intelligent systems. Students will also become familiar with essential measuring instruments and analyzers used in electronics and system diagnostics.
Assessment criteria, pass/fail (course unit)
By the end of the course, the student:
- can identify basic electronic circuits
- recognizes fundamental circuit configurations and understands their function.
- can select appropriate measuring instruments under guidance
- chooses the correct tool for measuring electrical quantities and interprets the results with support.
- can construct a simple circuit using basic electronic components under supervision
- builds basic circuits using core components with guidance
- understands the main principles of a given program code Interprets the logic and structure of pre-written code, recognizing its core functionality
