Objectives (course unit)
This course is designed to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to drive sustainability-oriented growth and innovation within organizations. The course focuses on two critical areas: innovation management and development of circular economy business. Students will learn through a combination of theoretical frameworks, reading materials, case studies and exercises to develop, implement and manage strategies to foster sustainable business growth and competitive advantage.
After completing the course, the participants will be able to:
- understand the principles and practices of strategic sustainability-oriented business development
- understand and apply innovation management theoretical frameworks and techniques to drive growth
- develop and evaluate circular economic business models
- integrate sustainability into business strategies
